The workshop invites you to observe your senses clearly, to move with ease and to express yourself fully. You will activate your energy through the dynamics of group improvisation, find a precise structure to improve your movement and learn how to integrate your developed abilities into your daily life.
Instead of unconsciously repeating personal habits which have been accumulated, you will practice to observe yourself wholly in a way that resolves inner and outer conflicts spontaneously. Thus acquiring a heightened sense of awareness your natural qualities become available: vitality, connectedness and inspiration.

Lead by Alexander Fuxbauer from Austria
Alexander Fuxbauer has a degree in dramatherapy from the University of Professional Education of Arnhem and Nijmegen. The work with art as a vehicle for personal transformation came as a natural consequence of his investigations on movement, meditation and self-expression. Besides drama therapy, he studied theatre in the tradition of Jerzy Grotowski and Augusto Boal, group dynamic coaching and the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education.
Recently he has been collaborating with the project “Body as a Medium” at Charles University. Born in Vienna, Alexander is focused on Prague as his centre of activities, guiding transformative encounters with individuals and groups since 2001.
