The lessons are mainly inspired in Hatha Yoga and they are focused on a sequence of asanas (poses) taking our time to become familiar with them and to harmonize breath with movement. Often instructions on anatomical alignment and some vinyasas (short repeated sequence of postures in between the main postures) are integrated into the lesson. The sessions may follow a classic series of asanas or a gradual sequence focused on a specific part of the body or type of asanas. Classes are beneficial for those wishing to disconnect from everyday sedentary positions and seeking a nourishing activity for both the mind and the body. Any person, regardless of their previous yoga experience condition could make the most of the sessions.
Lessons are held in English, but I can give specific instructions in Czech when needed
